Research On The Application Of Dongba Hieroglyphics In Modern Poster Design

With the strengthening of cultural confidence and national aesthetic confidence,the cultural and artistic value of Dongba hieroglyphics has become increasingly apparent,which has also attracted much attention from the academic and industrial circles.Through the collection of literature related to Dongba hieroglyphics,it is found that the current research is mostly limited to the research category of characters,and there is a lack of research on the analysis of its visual features,design and application.In order to better use Dongba hieroglyphics in design and explore new design ideas,this paper takes Dongba hieroglyphics as the research object,adopts modern poster design as the carrier,and adopts literature research method,case study method and field research method,based on the background that the integration of ethnic cultural elements into design has become the development trend of modern design.The innovation of Dongba hieroglyphics in modern poster design is studied.Based on the visual features of Dongba hieroglyphics,this paper concludes that Dongba hieroglyphics have simple pictographic features,rich artistic and interesting decorative visual features.Secondly,Dongba hieroglyphics are introduced into modern poster design,and the combination of Dongba hieroglyphics and poster design is further analyzed,and the two design methods of retaining and optimizing,integrating and changing the original character characteristics are summarized.It has clarified the innovative expression forms of Dongba hieroglyphics in modern poster design,such as point,line,surface,stroke,space,font and color,and obtained three application principles: visual beauty of font,integration of form and meaning,and combination of text and picture.Finally,based on the graphics in the visual features of Dongba hieroglyphics,the design methods,forms of expression and application principles obtained from the analysis are comprehensively applied to innovate the font structure of Dongba hieroglyphics and the design development direction of text posters.In addition,deconstruction and geometric forms are used to highlight the modeling features,the integration of text and graphics is used to achieve the unity of form and content,and the contrast of highly saturated colors is used to achieve visual guidance.From these three aspects,the personalized and interesting design is reflected.While innovating the design of Dongba hieroglyphics,it also opens up a new road for the design of modern text posters.
