With the rapid development of my country’s economy and technology,people begin to pay attention to spiritual sustenance while improving their quality of life,and keeping pets is one of them.While the number of pets has increased,many pets have been abandoned,which has led to a surge in the number of stray animals.The "2021 White Paper on China’s Pet Industry" shows that in 2021,the number of stray cats will reach 53 million,and the number of stray dogs will reach 40 million.At present,domestic stray animal rescue organizations are mostly individuals or small organizations.Due to the limited publicity of rescue organizations,it is difficult to become the first choice for the public when looking for pets.In recent years,with the continuous development of online new media,rescue stations have also Started to use new media as the main body of the business model.Internationally,there are sound regulations on the management of stray animals.The state supports the establishment of large-scale rescue stations.The brand image,publicity,and brand linkage of the rescue stations are relatively mature,and the public has a high level of understanding of stray animal rescue stations.On the other hand,since 2011,with the continuous development of technology and mobile devices,a flat style more suitable for mobile devices has become popular internationally.The flat style has become the favorite design method of modern designers because of its efficient ability to highlight core information in the digital field.This article will use the flat style design method to design the brand of the stray animal rescue station,so as to enhance the publicity ability of the stray animal rescue station,improve the awareness of the rescue station and deepen the public’s understanding of the stray animal rescue station.In terms of the overall brand design of the stray animal rescue station,this article will discuss the design techniques,forms of expression,style characteristics of the flat style,and various advantages of brand design and publicity in the Internet era.Carry out theoretical analysis and induction on the source,development and performance characteristics of the flat style,analyze and study the excellent brand design schemes of the same type or style,and carry out design activities in combination with the brand of the stray animal rescue station based on the summarized application theory.Through the questionnaire survey,the audiences of different ages are counted on the degree of understanding of the stray animal rescue station,the preference of brand design and other aspects as the data support for the design.This paper mainly adopts literature survey method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of brand design of stray animal rescue stations at home and abroad,and discusses the advantages of flat style in today’s brand design and the value in brand design of stray animal rescue stations,and combined with design activities.
