As one of the most important parts of Chinese literature in the world,MalaysianChinese literature attracts readers’ attention with its exotic elements such as natural tropical rainforest scenery, mysterious and primitive racial beliefs, and family history of diaspora, which are very different from the native country of Chinese, and provides an excellent and important literary text for Chinese literature. With the "Rainforest Trilogy" : "Song of Sailian","Elephants" and "Nepenthes",Zhang Guixing has successfully ranked among the second generation of Malaysian-Chinese writers. At present, academic research on Zhang Guixing is mostly focused on discrete themes, artistic ideas, image symbols and so on,or focuses on analyzing the rainforest writing of novels,or incorporating it into the group of Malaysian Chinese writers for investigation and research. However, there is a relatively lack of research on Zhang Guixing’s identity awareness.Taking the example of the "Rainforest Trilogy",this paper intends to use the methods of text analysis and comparison to explore the meaning of Zhang Guixing’s consciousness of identity recognition in his literary creation. The introduction mainly introduces the writer Zhang Guixing and his literature, combs out the current status of research at home and abroad, and points out the gaps of the research in the awareness of Zhang Guixing’s identity; The first chapter starts with Zhang Guixing’s writing of Chinese and analyzes the classical Chinese literaturing tendency in many aspects of novel language, form, image and so on,but its violent writing and aesthetic extreme pursuit also significantly open up the deep reverse writing of Chinese; The second chapter turns to the writing of Zhang Guixing’s rainforest, discovering its own cultural affiliation with the help of the garden maze narrative suite and the exploration of historical relationships between "at the ground" and "out town";The third chapter by critically writing about the modernity of Taiwan,Zhang Guixing attempts to find new ways out for rainforest development; The fourth chapter draws on concepts related to the complex positioning and nomenclature problem, which rose from the Zhang Guixing case to the Malaysian Chinese literature and writer group;Concluding remarks are summarized in part to conclude that their difficult to refer mobile life and unique life experiences are projected into the literature, maintain a distance from the classical Chinese culture, the Nanyang rainforest as well as modern Taiwan, and present an "outsider" style of identity apathy and estrangement, and then try to provide new possibilities for the subsequent research between the Zhang Guixing literature and the research of the Chinese literature.
