The Research On Bao Guixing And His Literature

Bao Guixing(1764-1826)is an important writer of Tongcheng school.His works are very rich,but there are few researches on Bao Guixing in the academic circle.Based on the textual research of Bao Guixing’s family background,life,friends and works,this paper systematically investigates the specific situation of his literary creation,analyzes the characteristics of his literary criticism,and probes into his position and influence in the literary world at that time.The paper includes five parts:The introduction briefly describes the research significance of this paper,combs the research status of Bao Guixing,and determines the research ideas and methods on this basis.The first chapter is about Bao Guixing’s family background,life,friends and works.Based on the records of Bao Guixing in historical books,local chronicles,chronicles,poetry anthology and other documents,this paper investigates Bao Guixing’s family background,life and friends,and summarizes his works.The second chapter is the study of Bao Guixing’s poetry.Based on the careful reading of his works of poetry,this paper discusses Bao Guixing’s poems by stages and categories to explore their artistic characteristics and values.The third chapter is the research of Bao Guixing’s prose.As a writer of Tongcheng school,Bao Guixing’s prose writing is a very important part of his writing activities.This chapter discusses Bao Guixing’s works of prose respectively,and further investigates the relationship between Bao Guixing and Tongcheng school,so as to determine his position in Tongcheng school and the literary world of Jia Dao period.The fourth chapter is the study of Bao Guixing’s literary criticism.Fu Ze is an important work of Bao Guixing,which is the concentrated embodiment of Bao Guixing’s Fu theory.This paper discusses the characteristics and value of Bao Guixing’s literary criticism by combing its compilation and critical content,and combining with Bao Guixing’s creative practice.
