Study On Tea Customs In Huizhou Area

Tea is a representative symbol of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.The inheritance of tea customs and the promotion of tea culture can strengthen the culture confidence of Chinese people in today’s society and inherit the civilization genes of China’s traditional farming society.Tea is also a regional symbol in Huizhou.The Huizhou area is an important tea-producing area in China,which forms a set of characteristic tea culture of the Han ethnic group,tea customs are its indispensable part,and it has become an important field in the study of local regional culture.This paper makes a systematic study of regional tea customs in Huizhou based on the research paradigm of Chinese tea customs culture constructed by folk culture and tea culture theory in academic circles.At present,the tea customs in Huizhou area appear the problems of generalization,homogenization and weakening.This study is expected to make certain contributions to the preservation of cultural genes of Huizhou and the preservation of ethnic character and diversity by taking tea custom as a cultural symbol.This paper conducts the special study on regional tea customs in Huizhou based on the field investigation method and combining the research methods of folklore discipline such as literature research method and comparative research method.In the first chapter of this paper,the causes of the local tea customs are comprehensively analyzed from the regional conditions of Huizhou,and the regional spatial overview of the inheritance and development of tea customs is also shown.This paper divides the tea customs in Huizhou into three categories: production tea customs,life tea customs and business tea customs based on the classification of the tea customs involving the social field of local people.Chapters two to four on the basis of the three categories of production tea customs,life tea customs and business tea customs respectively,diachronically combs the inheritance of the corresponding tea customs in Huizhou,and takes the related theories of Chinese agriculture ethic thought,"harmony" thought,the Huizhou merchants spirit and the traditional cultural thoughts as the guidance to discuss the the core concepts that people adhere to in the process of inheriting regional tea customs.Among them,the second chapter focuses on the study of production tea customs in Huizhou,and finds that the local people take the thought of agricultural ethics of deep reverence for the nature,giving virtue to the land,moderate taking and giving,careful management as the moral self-discipline of tea production activities in the inheritance process of production tea customs.The third chapter focuses on the study of life tea customs in Huizhou,and finds that the local people take the "harmony" thought contained in the cultural meaning of tea as their ethnic gene.The fourth chapter focuses on the study of business tea custom in Huizhou,and finds that Huizhou merchants spirits,such as pioneering spirit,mutual cooperation,honesty and trustworthiness,diligence and frugality,are embodied in the local business tea customs in the long tea business sales process for Huizhou tea merchants.The study of regional tea customs in Huizhou enriches the theory of regional tea culture research,practices the related theory and research paradigm of Chinese tea customs culture constructed by the current academic circles.Through the theoretical research of this paper,on the one hand,the tea customs in Huizhou are systematically combed and studied from the whole link and all aspects of production,life and business;On the other hand,this paper extracts the core thoughts and ideas of the inheritance and development of regional tea customs in Huizhou,highlights regional factors.
