The first Chongqing Youth Film Festival was held in 2014.It has gone through nine years and has become one of the most comprehensive and professional film festivals with the largest scale and influence in western China.It has gradually become the most important film event in Chongqing every year,and an important platform for young filmmakers to create and communicate.Because of its great communication power,influence and appeal,short video has gradually become an important way of life and communication for people,and all fields of society are constantly advancing to the field of short video,the demand and interaction of the target groups of Chongqing Youth Film Festival are also changing.Through the participatory observation of Chongqing Youth Film Festival,and the analysis of its current communication channels,it is found that the publicity of Chongqing Youth Film Festival is mainly focused on the Wechat Public Platform.However,Wechat is a strong social communication software,with problems such as lack of effective interaction,serious and monotonous form of content,low rate of article completion,etc.There are shortcomings in the promotion of short video social media.Short video content distribution channels are particularly weak.Tiktok has brought greater possibilities for the development of Chongqing Youth Film Festival.This planning program starts with a comprehensive summary and understanding of short video communication research,film festival research and Tiktok product analysis.On the basis of a systematic summary of some representative film festivals in China,through participatory observation,it has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the general situation,operation mechanism and publicity channels of Chongqing Youth Film Festival.Then the necessity,possibility and directionality of the implementation of this plan are answered from the macro and micro levels.Open up a path on the Tiktok,clarify the thematic positioning and topic selection positioning,combine the reality,innovate ideas,give play to advantages,and take into account the professionalism and interest of short video content,complete the content design of the 10 th Chongqing Youth Film Festival Tiktok short video thematic planning scheme.Through detailed planning and implementation,hope to make up for the shortcomings of Chongqing Youth Film Festival in short video communication,provide huge flow for the publicity in the future,enhance the brand awareness and reputation of the film exhibition,expand the influence of the film festival in the country,and help the cultural development of Chongqing city.At the same time,the results obtained after the concrete implementation of the program can provide valuable experience reference for the professional field of journalism and communication,and the existing problems can also be effectively avoided in relevant practical fields.
