| There are about 17 million visually impaired people,while there are only about200 guide dogs in China.Among the visually impaired people in China,the proportion who can use guide dogs is very small.There are various reasons for this phenomenon: imperfect public facilities,lack of funds and professionals,inadequate legal enforcement,insufficient social attention,lack of public awareness of the guide dog as a working dog,lack of visual design science publicity of relevant content,and so on.This study explores new ways to solve these problems through the active involvement of visual design means in the dissemination of information related to guide dogs,so that the public can understand the guide dogs more clearly,thus reducing the difficulties and obstacles of travel for visually impaired people and guide dogs,creating a more friendly and convenient social environment for them,and laying a good social foundation for expanding the guide dog group and serving more visually impaired people.This study first summarizes and combs the general situation and current situation of the relevant fields of guide dogs at home and abroad.Then,combined with the relevant theories and methods of visual communication design,build a complete theoretical system and design strategy framework for treating the reasonable behavior pattern of guide dogs at work.Starting from the actual investigation and relevant case analysis,the actual problems and urgent needs encountered by visually impaired people and guide dogs when traveling are deeply explored.On this basis,the visual design practice is carried out with posters as the main carrier.The guide dogs and the principle of "four no one questions" in the design content work are the main,supplemented by the selection and training of guide dogs and the retirement care of guide dogs.Through the use of modern visual language and the principles and methods of information visualization design,this study will enable more people to have a deeper,rational,scientific and comprehensive understanding of the guide dog at work,so that the guide dog at work can be treated more reasonably.This study also provides design ideas and references for the information communication between animals and people,and the related visual design of handling the relationship between people and animals. |
