Research On The Construction Of Index System Of Sports Dance Students’ Teaching Ability Under The Perspective Of Core Literacy

"Core literacy" concept explicitly to accurately grasp the depth and breadth of teaching,starting from the characteristics of the students and the actual situation,the core quality and academic quality requirements to interdisciplinary teaching,sports dance project is a collection of sports,dance and music as a comprehensive movement,is an important means of shaping students’ core quality.Its special students,as the reserve talents of the future physical education teachers,are the key to the quality cultivation of the core quality.The level of their teaching ability has a great influence on the cultivation of students’ core quality.Under the background of advocating the development of youth core literacy,what kind of teaching ability should the students of sports dance have to meet the teaching requirements in the future and step up to a new level of core literacy education is the problem that needs to be solved at present.Research purpose: this study in college sports dance special students teaching ability of the present situation,the core connotation of literacy and sports literacy as the theoretical basis,to build a set of complete,operable sports dance special students teaching ability index system for the purpose,and determine the weight of the index,ensure the indicators of the scientific and feasibility,for the future sports dance teacher teaching work,sports dance special students’ teaching ability,provide scientific guidance.Research method: This study uses the literature data method to take "core literacy","teaching ability","sports dance teaching ability","index system construction" as the key words to search,Understand the current of domestic and foreign research in this field;Using the interview method and the questionnaire survey method to understand the current stage,The cultivation of students’ teaching ability by sports dance teachers,To provide important ideas and realistic basis for the the index system;The Delphi method is used to the index system of special students’ teaching ability under the perspective of core literacy,Select the hierarchical analysis method and yaahp to determine the weight of each index,And to consistent inspection;Finally,using the mathematical statistics method,The collected data were collated and analyzed.Study results:(1).Completed the core literacy vision sports dance special students’ index system of teaching ability,is by the moral cultivation ability,teaching design ability,teaching implementation and management ability and teaching evaluation ability four level indicators,12 secondary indicators and 41 level 3 indicators,three-level index is relatively rich,can reflect the more comprehensive special sports dance students should have the teaching ability.(2).Using the theory of hierarchical analysis,the weight coefficient of each index of sports dance special students’ teaching ability under the perspective of core literacy is calculated,and the weight coefficients of moral cultivation ability,teaching design ability,teaching practice and management ability and teaching evaluation ability are0.1836,0.2867,0.4325 and 0.0972 respectively.Conclusion:(1)After the modification and screening of Delphi method,the final determination of the index system is composed of 4 first-level indicators,12second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators.The three-level indicators are relatively rich,which can comprehensively reflect the teaching ability of students in sports dance.(2)through the research,sports dance teachers in colleges and universities should focus on cultivating students’ teaching practice and management ability and moral ability,in the level of index weight,teaching practice and management ability in the index system of the largest weight,teaching practice and management ability is the core of the index system.(3)Moral cultivation ability is an important requirement for the teaching effect under the perspective of core literacy,but also an important embodiment of the educational effect.Therefore,in the future teaching process,teachers should not only impart the professional knowledge and skills of sports dance,improve the students’ physical health level,but also have another important task is to "educate people".(4).The index system constructed by this institute is interrelated and progressive,which can clearly reflect the teaching ability of sports dance students in the perspective of core literacy,and provide some reference for the future teaching work of sports dance teachers and the cultivation of students’ core literacy.(5)The core literacy vision sports dance special students ’teaching ability index system adopts the hierarchy analysis,determine the index weight,and according to the weight of the corresponding points,can comprehensive evaluation of sports dance students’ teaching ability,to test the sports dance special students’ teaching ability.
