An Experimental Study On The Culitivation Of College Students' Sports Dance Teaching Ability

With the development of economy and society and the theory of education reform,the social requirements for sports performance professional students is not limited to the mastery of sports skills,but also put forward higher requirements on the teaching ability,the traditional technical skill based teaching mode has been difficult to meet the talents in the new era the demand of the.In order to better cater to the development of society,economy,culture of surface students of colleges and universities,not only pay attention to sports skill training,but also should pay attention to the improvement of teaching ability,scientific and effective way to build qualified teachers.In order to achieve this goal,according to the characteristics of sports dance movement and the personality of the students,we should focus on cultivating their teaching ability.Teachers should play a leading role at the same time,orderly organization of classroom teaching,harmonious classroom atmosphere,and the most likely to give students the opportunity to exercise,so that students find the main position.This research adopts the experimental teaching method as the main method,according to a survey of 24 colleges and universities engaged in professional sports dance teaching body of experts,selected for expression,language organization,teaching demonstration,error correction operation,4 kinds of basic skills,and around 4 basic teaching ability to design corresponding training the model,select Jiangxi sports tourism and Commerce College 2014 grade and 2015 grade on professional sports dance direction students as the research subjects,and grade 2014 students as experimental group,2015 students as the control group,theexperimental group were given teaching ability based teaching mode and the control group was given the traditional teaching mode of technical skills of the standard for the 1 semester of 16 weeks of experiment.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested.In contrast to the experimental group before and after data showed that:(1)the use of teaching ability oriented teaching can not only improve the students' sports performance professional technical skills,but also cultivate students' teaching ability,reflects the students,teachers' leading role.(2)to the teaching ability training mode as the core,not only to students of Aerobics technical skills and training of normal learning does not restrict the bad,but also promote the students in the experimental group to further improve and improve the technical skills.(3)the use of teaching ability oriented teaching makes students give full play to design the teaching process,organize teaching competition and group practice ability,arouse the enthusiasm of the students voluntarily participate in the teaching process,the teaching organization for the entire group to improve practice ability.(4)the teaching ability based teaching model has a significant effect on improving the students' ability of practice and practice.(5)the teaching mode of "one by one" based on the teaching ability based teaching mode can improve the students' ability of error correction on the spot,and strengthen the students' autonomous learning motivation.(6)the teaching theory of teaching based on the teaching model improves the students' ability of language expression on the spot.According to the results of the study,3 suggestions are put forward:(1)the cultivation of the teaching ability of the students majoring in body surface must be included in the curriculum plan.(2)teaching methods should be based on teaching ability and technical skills.(3)the cultivation of students' comprehensive teaching ability should be combined with the social market.In view of the results of the experiment,in the future teaching,we should absorb the essence of traditional education,abandon the outdated teaching methods in traditional education.And according to the actual situation,designed for students to meet the needs of the market and the needs of personnel training model and teaching methods.
