| International Chinese language education is a bridge for China’s foreign exchange,and the dissemination of Chinese culture to the outside world is an important expression of the role of international Chinese language education as a bridge.Guangxi’s regional culture is characterised by the intermingling of multi-ethnic cultures and rich natural and human resources,and is an important part of Chinese culture with uniqueness and diversity.Southeast Asia is a priority direction for China’s neighbourhood diplomacy,and Guangxi is separated from Southeast Asian countries by mountains and seas,and is connected to Southeast Asian ethnic cultures,making it an important window to Southeast Asia for China.The dissemination of Guangxi’s regional culture to Southeast Asian countries not only helps to promote the development of international Chinese education in Guangxi and the dissemination of Guangxi’s regional culture,but also helps to promote exchanges and contacts between China and Southeast Asia,in line with the development of cultural globalisation.Based on Guangxi’s frontier window position and the role of cultural dissemination to international Chinese education and China’s foreign exchange,this paper investigates and analyses the realistic conditions and dissemination status of Guangxi’s regional culture through empirical research method,inductive research method,questionnaire survey method and data statistical method in order to promote the smooth dissemination of Guangxi’s regional culture towards Southeast Asia.Firstly,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Guangxi’s regional culture in the face of Southeast Asia are comprehensively analysed using the situational analysis method.Secondly,the survey and interviews with Chinese learners and Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia were conducted from five aspects: communicators,communication audiences,communication media,communication contents and communication effects,and the findings were analysed in the light of the relevant theories of communication.Finally,countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the capacity building of communicators and diversification of subjects,build the interests and needs of communication audiences,explore the connotation of regional culture in communication contents,and broaden the media and channels of communication,so as to improve the effect of cultural communication in the context of intercultural communication. |
