Study On Chinese Culture Communication By Chinese Society In The Southeast Asia,

James Carey's idea of ritual communication opens up a new horizons in the field of communication studies.This paper chooses the Chinese culture Communication by Chinese society in the Southeast Asia as the main research object.Take the example of the typical cases of local Chinese culture communication in Thailand Betong,Hoping to reinterpret the spread of Chinese culture in overseas Chinese society through the new perspective of the ritual concept.Chinese society is an important part of the local social system operation,and Chinese culture has always been through the development process of Chinese society.Symbolic System and Symbolic Meaning in Chinese Culture Communication indicating that this ongoing social process,play an important role in the development of Chinese society.Local Chinese community,including fellow,homosexual and other staggered relations,including the hall,schools,Confucius Institute and other the main body of dissemination,as well as class,festival,celebration,ritual and other ritual field.Interpreting the communication of Chinese culture in Southeast Asian Chinese society through the ritual communication theory under the cultural research orientation interpretation,can give a new perspective to explain the participation of specific communities,clan identity and the establishment of common faith.So as to understand its role in constructing Chinese cultural world,modern Chinese culture,and strengthening cultural beliefs.According to the metaphor of ritual,fellowship,meaning sharing,order construction and faith enhancing which are emphasized by the ritual communication view,the four kinds of ritual plays an important role on those aspects.Meanwhile,referring to the fieldwork,the communications produce a space-time significance by overseas Chinese groups,build a Confucian faith by the Confucius ceremony,make a image of China by Confucius class.This study also found some problems in the Chinese culture communication by the Chinese society in Southeast Asia,such as oneness,time-lag and disjoint.There are some solutions provided in this study.Meanwhile,the overseas communication of Chinese culture is a very important strategy for China to become a powerful cultural country,which can by with the help of the oversea Chinese society.
