Research On The Image Shaping Of Non-inheritors In Character Documentaries

Character documentary aims to record people’s life,truly present the life state and spiritual outlook of characters,reflect the relationship between people and society,with strong humanistic and social.The character image is the most intuitive and powerful entry point to highlight the content and theme of a documentary.In the character documentary,the character image is completely shaped through the lens language and narrative language,highlighting the characteristics and inner qualities of the character image,and deeply exploring the cultural connotation from a humanized perspective,so as to promote the positive socialist values.In shaping the non-inheritors,character documentaries,by showing the inheritance activities of the inheritors,deepen the character stories,expand the cultural influence of intangible cultural heritage and enhance the timeliness of intangible cultural heritage.Explore the spiritual motivation and inheritance mode of the current non-inheritors,express the hope of the younger generation of inheritors,and deeply explore the authenticity and artistic expression and shaping skills of the characters in the intangible cultural heritage documentary.The author’s thesis uses fieldwork,case analysis,and comparative research to study the characterization of non-genetic inheritors in character documentaries.The whole paper is divided into four parts,the first part expounds "the definition and type of character documentary","the relationship between documentary and character shaping","the concept definition and value of character shaping",and "the concept of non-genetic inheritor image shaping in character documentaries",and on this basis,the development of inheritor image shaping in character documentaries is sorted out.The second part mainly discusses the narrative techniques of shaping the image of intangible cultural heritage inheritors in documentary films,describing how to create a vivid image of inheritors in the charm of intangible cultural heritage from the aspects of narrative perspective,narrative structure,storytelling techniques and lens details,and deeply elucidating the traditional cultural spirit carried by the inheritors.The third part focuses on the expression techniques of image shaping of intangible genetic inheritors in character documentaries,and specifically shapes vivid and three-dimensional non-genetic inheritors through a variety of lenses,pictures,sounds,etc.The fourth part discusses the image shaping strategies of intangible genetic inheritors in the author’s graduation work "Guarding the Martial Arts",and summarizes the audiovisual language techniques applicable to the image shaping of non-genetic inheritors.In the author’s work "Guarded Martial Arts",the theme is determined and stylized,and the emotions of the characters are better rendered with long shots,follow-up shots,simultaneous voices and musical sounds.By summarizing the author’s reflection and practical gains in the filming and production process,it also provides some reference experience for the creative practice and theoretical research of the same type of documentary in the future.
