Under the current social needs of actively promoting the construction of new liberal arts and focusing on cultivating innovative talents in the new era,the dance normal university students,as the main force of basic education in the future,their own professional qualities,especially the teaching ability which can directly affect the effect of dance teaching,have become the current construction of new liberal arts must pay attention to.Therefore,this study focuses on the students of normal dance universities,and mainly investigates what kind of teaching ability and structure the students of normal dance universities need under the background of the construction of new liberal arts.What are the distinctive components of their teaching ability? What are the realities of the teaching ability in dance normal university students? What are the problems and deficiencies? How the sustainable and autonomous development can be achieved in the future?Based on the above main research questions,this study is carried out through the combination of theoretical research and empirical research.Firstly,guided by the idea of new liberal arts construction,the structure and elements of teaching ability of dance normal university students are analyzed.Secondly,the Delphi method is used to evaluate,optimize and merge the elements of teaching ability.Thirdly,according to the constructed teaching ability index system,research tools are developed and compiled,and the reliability,validity and differentiation of the questionnaire results are tested through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis so as to construct,interpret and analyze the teaching ability structure model of dance normal university students.Fourthly,based on the structural model,the teaching ability of dance normal university students is empirically studied.Fifthly,based on the above research results,the cultivation path of dance teacher teaching ability is proposed.Through the above research process,the research finally constructs the index system of teaching ability of dance normal university students,which consists of 6first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators.The realities of students’ teaching ability in dance normal university are understood by their self-assessment.The results show that there are significant differences in the overall evaluation score of teaching ability among dance normal university students with different gender,grade,practical experience,identity cognition and new liberal arts cognition.Among them,new liberal arts cognition is the most important factor affecting the total score of teaching ability of dance normal university students.Through further analysis,the research believes that the current teaching ability of normal dance university students is not enough to connect with the relevant requirements of the construction of new liberal arts,the role characteristics of normal dance university students are not prominent,the ability to adapt to new technology is not enough,the cognition of teaching ability of normal dance university students is idealized,and the identity of teachers of normal dance university students needs to be improved.Finally,based on previous research results,in order to promote the development of teaching ability of dance students in normal universities,this study tries to put forward cultivation paths from three aspects: concept guidance,self-improvement and school support. |
