This research adopts the human resources management theory,psychology theory as the foundation,through literature analysis,BEI,questionnaire investigation,choose Chinese language and literature major of teachers college students as the research object,the charge of143 for key open questionnaire,and normal group and the groups of participants selected 15 BEI,according to the results of analysis,Build the initial model;Secondly,according to the 11 competency keywords obtained,a predictive self-assessment questionnaire was prepared and distributed.The formal version of the Self-assessment Questionnaire on Competency Characteristics of Chinese Language and Literature Majors of Normal University was obtained by revising the questions of the predictive questionnaire through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Questionnaires were sent to three normal universities in Liaoning region and a series of analyses were conducted to verify their reliability and validity.Finally,the differences of the subjects in three dimensions of gender,grade,and participation in activities were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn.(1)The competency model of normal Chinese language and literature majors is multidimensional,consisting of six dimensions: thinking mode,personality quality,professional ability,self-management,achievement characteristics,and interpersonal communication;(2)The results of reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis show that the structure of the official self-assessment questionnaire is reasonable,and its reliability and validity are good;(3)The overall competence level of the research subjects is relatively good,and there is no significant difference in gender dimension;There were grade differences in all the six dimensions.The scores of each dimension increased with the increase of the grade.The senior students were better than the other three grades.Competency level increases with the increase of the number of practical activities.
