The Northern Wei Dynasty was an era in which Chinese traditional art flourished.The integration of Buddhism,Taoism and Confucianism and the rise of metaphysics contributed to the great prosperity and development of calligraphy in this period.The epitaphs and inscriptions of this period became prominent in the Qing Dynasty,which brought rich historical data and visual aesthetic feelings to researchers.This paper takes the epitaph of Sima Bing’s wife Meng Jingxun as the research object,and on the basis of previous studies,it aims to explore and summarize the lineage relationship of the tomb owner’s husband’s family,explore the life and cultural background of the tomb owner,so as to supplement this historical data.At the same time,a large number of ancient dictionaries are used to make a comprehensive and detailed textual research on the characters on the tablet,so as to understand the development and use of ancient characters.The third part focuses on the analysis of the calligraphy style of the epitaph,and compares it with other inscriptions.Through the aesthetic comparative study,it reflects the impact of the epitaph of Sima Bing’s wife Meng Jingxun on my personal aesthetics and creation.The fourth part is the research focus of this paper.Through the selection of different paper,brush and other tools,we can carry out practical operation and experience the experience of temporary writing.At the same time,we can carry out practical creation on this basis to achieve the best combination of temporary creation and application of calligraphy.Finally,a set of innovative ideas of self-innovation and transformation will be formed.
