| With the rapid social changes, the advent of the economic and information age,and the high development of urbanization, juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more serious, and there is a development trend of younger people.Violent minors involved are also a major part of juvenile criminal groups in China. The common characteristics of their crimes are: bad in nature, great harm to society and adverse to personal growth.Psychological correction of violent minors involved in criminal reform of minors is a necessary link. This paper is based on the "general crime theory",the level of self-control and empathy of minors involved in violence is lower than that of ordinary people, through the way of sandplay psychological intervention to juvenile offenders, improve the level of self-control and empathy, reduce aggression,so as to reduce the possibility of their recrime. This study attempts to use the psychological intervention method of sandplay therapy to explore the relationship between the change of aggression and the change of aggression by analyzing the changes of aggression after the implementation of sandplay therapy intervention for minors involved in violence,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the psychological correction of juvenile offenders in the future and provide theoretical support for the reasonable prevention of criminal behaviors of minors involved in violence. In this study, questionnaire survey, natural experiment, case analysis, sandplay therapy and semi-structured interview were used to further explore the intervention of aggression of violent minors involved. The purpose of questionnaire survey is to understand the differences in aggression,self-control ability and empathy between violent minors and middle school students in the same age group and violent minors growing up in different family environments, and to discuss the reasons for the differences. The natural experiment adopted the experimental design model of the experimental group and the control group, and after eight interventions lasting more than two months, aimed to test the effect of sandplay therapy on the aggression of violent adults involved.Case analysis is a specific analysis of the basic ways and strategies of sandplay game through a typical case. The experimental group and the control group will be statistically compared before and after the measured data, and according to the interview of the subjects and their parents, help, education, judicial social workers and other conditions to study. The results are as follows:(1)Explicit aggression was negatively correlated with self-control and empathy. From the perspective of all dimensions of empathy, explicit aggression was negatively correlated with cognitive empathy. There was no significant correlation between implicit aggression and self-control and empathy level, but there was a significant negative correlation between implicit aggression and affective empathy from all dimensions of empathy.Explicit aggression was not significantly correlated with implicit aggression.(2)The self-control level and empathy level of the participants were significantly improved after the sandplay therapy intervention for violent minors in the experimental group, the self-control level and empathy level of the control group did not change significantly after receiving the routine ideological education activities; After implementing sandplay therapy intervention for violent minors involved in the experimental group, explicit aggression was effectively reduced, while implicit aggression was decreased but the effect was not significant. In the control group, there was no significant change in explicit aggression after receiving routine ideological education activities, and no significant change in implicit aggression. The above results show that: sandplay therapy can effectively improve the level of empathy and self-control of violent minors involved,so as to effectively reduce the explicit aggression of violent minors involved, and has good social validity.(3)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the score difference of explicit aggression,self-control level and empathy level, indicating that sandplay therapy intervention had more significant effects on the improvement of self-control level and empathy level and the reduction of explicit aggression than the conventional ideological education activities. |
