Study On The Protective Utilization Of Farming And Reading Cultural Resources In Hancheng City

Farming and reading culture is a valuable spiritual wealth formed by the Chinese nation in its long-term production practice,and is also an important component of China’s excellent traditional culture,with rich connotations and unique values.However,with the continuous development of social modernization,the cultivation and reading cultural resources,as the main carrier of cultivation and reading culture,are facing serious protective utilization problems.This study takes Hancheng City,Shaanxi Province as an example.Through a systematic survey of Hancheng City’s farming and reading cultural resources,it explains the current situation and difficulties in the protective utilization of farming and reading cultural resources in this area,and analyzes the causes of the difficulties it faces,thereby putting forward targeted recommendations,with a view to providing certain reference value for the research on the protective utilization of farming and reading cultural resources in Hancheng City.This study uses research methods such as literature review,interview survey,and field research to summarize and analyze the current situation of the protective utilization of cultural resources in Hancheng City,including local government management mechanisms and relevant policies,the construction of protective utilization infrastructure,the reserve of professional talents for protective utilization,and the integration of agricultural education and protective utilization.Research has found that the main difficulties faced by the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources in Hancheng City include: inadequate management mechanisms for the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources,incomplete infrastructure for the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources,lack of professional talents for the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources,and the failure to integrate the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources into the education system.This study also analyzes the causes of the dilemma in the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources in Hancheng City: low emphasis on the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources,lack of systematic planning for the construction of infrastructure for the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources,insufficient introduction of professional talents for protective utilization,and lack of top-level design to integrate agricultural and reading culture into local education.Therefore,based on the three theoretical foundations of cultural Functionalism,living heritage protection and cultural communication,this study proposes the optimization path of conservation utilization of cultivated cultural resources in four aspects.Firstly,improve the administrative management system for the protection and utilization of cultural resources in cultivation and reading,including a smooth management and operation system,a sound market operation system,and at the same time,consolidate the responsibilities of administrative departments;Secondly,improve the infrastructure for the protective utilization of agricultural and reading cultural resources,create agricultural and reading museums,establish school land cooperation practice bases,and establish special protective utilization foundations;Thirdly,to build a professional and technical talent team for the protection and utilization of cultural resources for farming and reading,on the one hand,to stimulate the endogenous motivation of farmers and stimulate their main role,and on the other hand,to strengthen the introduction of external talents and play the role of local elites;Fourthly,establish a systematic farming and reading education system,strengthen publicity and guidance,cultivate people’s awareness of protective utilization,establish farming and reading schools,optimize course design,and form characteristic courses.This study emphasizes the historical value and educational role of farming and reading cultural resources,identifies reasonable,realistic,and effective ways to achieve the protective utilization of farming and reading cultural resources,and provides new ideas for the protection and utilization of local farming and reading cultural resources.
