As an important and advanced cognitive ability, executive function can predict their academic achievement, interpersonal relationship and emotional development in early childhood, even individual future family happiness. The essence of executive function is to control and regulate other cognitive processes,so as to produce coordinated, orderly and purposeful behavior. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between parental sport support, gross motor development and executive function,as well as effective intervention methods,so as to improve children’s executive function. This study consists of two parts. The first part is to investigate the relationship between parental sport support, gross motor development and executive function of 453 children from two kindergartens through questionnaire survey, motor test and behavioral experiment. In the second study, the intervention group and the control group as research objects, the intervention group was taught motor teaching and games in physical class, while the control group was given routine physical courses in kindergarten. After two months of intervention, the displacement ability and executive function of the two groups were retested, and the effectiveness of the designed motor intervention scheme was verified by data analysis. The results show that:(1)parental sports support has a significant positive impact on the executive function of 3-6-year-old children;gross motor development plays a mediating role between parental sport support and executive function;(2)After the intervention, the pre-test and post test scores of the intervention group were analyzed and compared, found that the displacement motor has a significant improve, and the executive function has also improved. However, the effect was not seen in the control group, which shows that the intervention content is effective. |
