Musical Characteristics And Singing Analysis Of "At That Time" From The Musical "Sands"

As early as in the 20 th century,after European and American musicals were introduced to China by advanced cultural scholars,many composers contributed a lot of musical works with Chinese characteristics.Among them,Sanbao teacher,known as the father of Chinese musicals,created a musical with Chinese cultural heritage as the background--Jinsha,of which Then is a very representative selection.It is also one of the works explained in the author’s personal mid-term concert.There are three chapters in this paper.By summarizing the musical "Jinsha",the musical features of "Then" and the singing analysis of the song,the author hopes to make a theoretical summary of the musical "Then" to clarify the author’s understanding of "Then".The experience and thinking of singing this work based on the concept of practice,thus providing some value for other scholars’ research.
