On The Warmth Transformation Of Yu Hua’s Novels

"Wen Cheng" is Yu Hua’s sixth novel.From 1992 to 2021,for nearly three decades,Yu Hua has always wanted to build a work system that can encompass the entire landscape of rural life in China in the 20 th century."Wen Cheng",published in 2021,leapt over the space-time background of previous novels and pulled the narrative back to the late Qing Dynasty at the beginning of the 20 th century.The emergence of "Wen Cheng" filled the narrative gap in Yu Hua’s creative field regarding the state of old China at the beginning of the20 th century,and made Yu Hua’s creative landscape of the 20 th century complete."Wen Cheng" carries Yu Hua’s expectations for transcendence,breakthrough,and innovation in his previous creations.This expectation not only shows that Yu Hua attaches great importance to the "non traditional legend" and other new writing methods of "Wencheng",but also implies that Yu Hua intends to return to the field of warm creation by reconstructing the "legend".Therefore,it is very necessary to look back on the creative process of Yu Hua’s novels from "Wen Cheng",study Yu Hua’s thirty years of warmth transformation,analyze the significance of "Wen Cheng" in the construction of Yu Hua’s entire warmth narrative system,explore how Yu Hua constructs a warmth narrative system during the transformation,and summarize the uniqueness of Yu Hua’s warmth transformation.The paper is specifically divided into the following three parts.The first part mainly outlines the construction process of Yu Hua’s warmth,that is,looking back on the creation process of Yu Hua’s novels from "Wen Cheng",and exploring the respective roles of six novels in the construction of Yu Hua’s warmth narrative system.This article mainly discusses Yu Hua’s philosophical concept of human beings and the construction of his warm creative concept during the period from "To Live" to "Wen Cheng".It explores Yu Hua’s warm creative concept from the connotation definition,and Yu Hua’s description of human survival state.It explores Yu Hua’s literary concept of human beings and his unique thinking on the significance of human existence.The second part discusses the aesthetic value of Yu Hua’s new writing of warmth,focusing on the aesthetic presentation brought about by the "legendary" reconstruction of Wen Cheng.This article explores its literary value from two aspects: "the return to the creation of Chinese classical popular novels" and "the re creation of romantic classical novels".Among them,it expounds the functional characteristics of the characters in "Wen Cheng" and the aesthetic value of the oriental narrative rhythm,as well as the three new characteristics of non-traditional "legendary",non-traditional "tragic",and non-traditional "epic" with Yu Hua’s characteristics,demonstrating Yu Hua’s unique artistic charm of combining oriental classical narrative with modern narrative.The third part discusses the uniqueness of Yu Hua’s warm transition,taking Su Tong as a reference object,and discusses the uniqueness of Yu Hua’s creations from two aspects: "the change of female images" and "the dialogue between big and small history" in Yu Hua’s creations.That is,starting from Yu Hua’s unique female portrayal perspective,and focusing on the subversion of the grand history by Yu Hua’s distinctive individual memory,this article explores how Yu Hua deconstructs the grand history of the turmoil and fragmentation of his family and country over a century ago through the warmth of his daily life and personal memory at the micro level.Innovation:The first is to look back at Yu Hua’s thirty year warm transformation process from the perspective of "Wen Cheng",and to comprehensively grasp his thirty year creations and carefully read the text,excavating the themes and connotations that correspond to each other in his works.The second is to explore the aesthetic value of Yu Huaxin’s portrayal of warmth,starting from the reconstruction of the "legend" in "Wen Cheng".The third is to explore the construction of a warm narrative system in Yu Hua’s works and the uniqueness of Yu Hua’s warm transformation,based on the three works of "To Live","Xu Sanguan’s Blood Sale",and "Wen Cheng".
