| The sentence“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)is a level 3grammatical point in the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standing Standards for International Chinese Language Education,The grammatical points of the sentence are explained and applied in many textbooks.We have collected the corpus of“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)from the CCL corpus and the BCC corpus.The grammatical features of this sentence are analyzed and summarized in three main aspects:semantic relations,pragmatics and the composition of the sentence structure,through the summary of previous research results and the analysis of the corpus of this sentence.The semantic relations of the sentence“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)are mainly selective and juxtapositional.In terms of pragmatics,the pragmatic function focuses on the ellipsis of the sentence,which is found to be avoided in most of the textbooks,with only a few textbooks teaching conversational ellipsis at the advanced level.Aspects of the intonational and stylistic types of the sentence“Búshì……,jiùshì……”.(不是……,就是……)In terms of the composition of the sentence structure,three aspects of the“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)sentence are analyzed:the A and B items,the associated words and the syntactic function of the sentence,with the A and B items being more predicative than substantive.The summary and study of the ontological part of the sentence“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)provides a rich support and basis for the design of classroom teaching of this sentence in Chinese second language teaching.For the analysis of the acquisition of the sentence“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……),I analyzed the situation in three aspects:the general situation,the analysis of correct usage and bias,and the teaching suggestions.The analysis of bias is based on four aspects:mis-addition,mis-substitution,omission and mangling.In addition to the analysis of sentence bias,we also summarize the bias of“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)and“Búshì……,érshì……”(不是……,而是……),“Huòshì……,huòshì……”(或是……,或是……),“Bú……,jiù……”(不……,就……)in terms of the use of related words and misuse of sentences.By highlighting the formal differences between different sentence forms,we enable second language learners to understand and correctly use sentence forms according to special points.Chapter 4 begins with statistics on the presentation of“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)sentences in a variety of textbooks,and analyzes the examples that appear in the textbooks.The examples used in the textbooks are combined with the biases of second language learners to analyze the reasons for the biases.Finally,based on the findings of the previous analysis,a specific teaching procedure is designed for sentence“Búshì……,jiùshì……”(不是……,就是……)and a reflection is made on the teaching of the sentence.Improvements have been made in the design of the lesson to address the problem which students are unable to elaborate the meaning of the sentence choice. |
