| In this study, college students were the subjects, and a combination of questionnaires and experiments was used to explore the attention bias and its internal mechanism in Internet addicts. The first study used the Chinese Internet Addiction Scale(CIAS)and the Internet Addiction Type Questionnaire of College Students to conduct a preliminary investigation on the status of college addiction, and the results showed that the detection rate of Internet addiction among college students was 25.60%,among which the detection rate of male addiction(31.15%)was higher than that of female students(24.36%),but there was no significant significance(χ~2=2.41,P>0.05)。In the category of addiction, college students accounted for the highest proportion of information addiction at 37.05%,game addiction accounted for 16.37%,and interpersonal addiction accounted for 10.86%.In terms of the proportion of game addiction,boys(30.33%)are significantly higher than girls(13.27%).In other categories, there is no distinction between boys and girls. There were no significant differences in the detection rate of Internet addiction and the proportion of addiction types among college students of different grades. The second study used the dot probe paradigm to explore the characteristics and mechanisms of attention bias towards emotional vocabulary among Internet addiction students under different time scales. The results showed that the attention bias of Internet addicts towards emotional words varied over different time courses, specifically as follows:(1)When the time course was 100 ms,Internet addicts had a significant attention bias towards negative words, manifested as attention alertness;(2)When the duration was 500 ms,the students with internet addiction also had a significant attention bias towards negative vocabulary, manifested as attention alertness;(3)When the duration was 1250 ms,college students with Internet addiction do not have an attention bias for negative words. The third study, based on the second study, this paper explores the changes in the attention bias of Internet addicted college students to negative information caused by different emotional activation states when Internet addicted college students perform point detection tasks. The results showed that:(1)The participants had attention bias under both neutral and negative emotions, and the internal mechanism was attentional alertness.(2)Compared with neutral emotional priming conditions, negative emotional priming conditions have a significantly higher level of attention bias towards negative information among college students with internet addiction, indicating that negative emotional priming makes the attention bias towards negative information more severe among college students with internet addiction.(3)Under the condition of positive emotional priming, there was no attention bias for negative words in Internet addicted individuals, indicating that positive emotions could regulate the attention bias of Internet addicted individuals. |
