Research On The Application Of Exaggeration Techniques In Comedy Animation Character Performanc

As a kind of "carnival" animation,comedy animation has its functions in relieving emotions,entertaining aesthetics and understanding education.However,if creators ignore the core aesthetic shaping of comedy animation,the artistic charm of comedy animation will be lost.The performance of the role is the top priority of comic animation.It is an important creation goal of comic animation to grasp the aesthetic sense of comedy and improve the humorous effect of the performance.In the outstanding performance of comedy animation,exaggeration is indispensable.Exaggeration is the characteristic of animation,and its role in comedy animation is played incisively and vividly.The key to deal with exaggeration is how and to what extent the role performance of comic animation is skillfully exaggerated.Exaggeration is not an exaggeration without a strategy,but a planned exaggeration under the appropriate comic situation and a specific animation style.Exaggeration in shape,action,expression and plot plays an important role in the artistic effect of comic cartoons.The research theme of this thesis is the application of exaggeration in comic animation role performance.This paper explores the role of exaggeration in comic animation role performance,grasps the artistic characteristics of comic animation role performance,and discusses the application performance,application skills and application effects of exaggeration in comic animation role performance from multiple aspects such as plot setting,modeling design,action performance,expression setting and sound shaping.It also analyzes how exaggerated role performance plays a role in shaping character image and creating comic effect of animation.This paper explores the relationship between exaggeration and the cultural connotation and social value of animation from Chinese and foreign classic comic animation works,and draws the experience of applying exaggeration.In the creation of my personal animated comedy short film A Good Day,I exaggerated the multiple aspects of role performance,focused on exploring the deep connotation of exaggeration and role performance,and explored the combination of exaggeration and role performance,in order to achieve a profound comedy effect.
