Research On The Protection Of Historical And Cultural Blocks From The Perspective Of Cultural And Tourism Integration

Historical and cultural blocks are precious historical and cultural heritage in China.In order to promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry and meet the deeper needs of the market for tourism,the government and private enterprises have begun to develop historical and cultural blocks.Culture "is the soul of historical and cultural blocks,and" tourism "is the way to develop historical and cultural blocks.The application and in-depth practice of cultural and tourism integration ideas can better promote the protection of historical and cultural blocks,but there are still some shortcomings in the process of protection.This article uses methods such as literature research,on-site investigation,and interviews to study the overview and protection practices of the magnetic port Historical and Cultural District,and delves into the internal and management committee of the magnetic port Historical and Cultural District to investigate the protection mechanism.Through sorting out,it was found that the government has achieved significant results in the issuance of protection policies,institutional settings,cooperation models for protection,innovation of cultural and tourism projects,and the shaping and promotion of cultural and tourism brands.However,it has been found that there are currently contradictions between protection and tourism development,unreasonable distribution of protection subject power,vague upper level policies for commercial operation,insufficient display of characteristic culture,and an incomplete guarantee system for cultural and tourism integration.Based on the current situation of the protection of the magnetic port historical and cultural district,analyzing the reasons,five paths for protection are proposed: clarifying the concept of cultural and tourism integration-synchronous development of culture and tourism;Deep organic integration of cultural and tourism resources-highlighting cultural characteristics;Refine upper level policies for business management;Clarify the power boundaries of the subject under protection;Strengthen the guarantee system for cultural and tourism integration.Based on the protection experience of other historical and cultural blocks,four inspirations for protecting historical and cultural blocks are provided: firstly,strengthening the technological attachment in the integration and development of culture and tourism.Secondly,it emphasizes the activation and utilization of cultural and tourism resources.Thirdly,attach importance to the protection and inheritance of the cultural heritage of historical and cultural blocks.Fourthly,pay attention to the expression of regional culture in the process of tourism development.In order to further explore the value of historical and cultural blocks in the integration of culture and tourism,better promote the next step of protection work,and inherit historical and cultural heritage.
