In recent years,with the vigorous development of positive psychology,variables such as resilience,sense of exuberance and positive pressure in work have been extensively studied by scholars at home and abroad,and a series of gratifying research results have been obtained,which have played a vital role in promoting employees’ mental health and economic development.But it is undeniable that positive psychology is still a long way from other branches of psychology.Although there are many studies on the variables of positive stress,psychological resilience at work,job reshaping,and job satisfaction in existing studies,the specific relationships between these variables are still unclear.This study explores the relationship between positive stress and job satisfaction through a questionnaire survey,as well as the role of work resilience and job reshaping in the relationship.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for employees to improve their job satisfaction.This study summarized the concepts,measurement methods,and relationships between positive stress,work resilience,job reshaping,and job exuberance in the literature review.After a series of analysis,the overall concept of the paper was proposed.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 679 workplace workers using the Positive Negative Stress Scale,RAW Work Resilience Scale,Work Remodeling Scale,and Work Enthusiasm Scale using regression analysis.The results are as follows:(1)Positive stress can positively predict job satisfaction;(2)Psychological resilience at work plays a mediating role between positive stress and a sense of work exuberance;(3)Job reshaping plays a mediating role between positive stress and job exuberance;(4)There is a chain mediating effect between psychological resilience and job reshaping in work,as well as positive stress and job exuberance,The final conclusion validates the relevant assumptions.Based on the research results and relevant theories,this article proposes corresponding suggestions from two different perspectives of organizational employees and managers,providing certain reference significance for how to improve employees’ sense of work enthusiasm in the workplace.
