Research On "Chinese+Vocational Skills" Talent Training Model

With the improvement of my country’s level of opening to the outside world,education has gradually opened up,and the trend of internationalization of vocational education has been strengthened.The implementation of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative and the "Going Global" strategy has promoted the integrated development of international Chinese education and vocational education,and the "Chinese +Vocational Skills" talent training model has emerged as the times require.This model is an important manifestation of the "going out" of vocational education.The localized compound talents who are both knowledgeable in Chinese and proficient in our country’s vocational skills can help the infrastructure construction of countries along the "Belt and Road",the development of local Chinese-funded enterprises,and the development of various countries.The exchanges and cooperation in the fields of economy,culture and education are of great significance.At present,the "Chinese +Vocational Skills" talent training model has been put into practice in various countries and has achieved certain results.Based on the characteristics of different countries,different regions,different industries and different teaching objects,this paper sorts out the relevant research results of vocational education personnel training models in recent years.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign vocational education personnel training models,using literature analysis,The content analysis method,taking Jilin Railway Vocational and Technical College-Zhongtai Zhan Tianyou College as an example,studies the talent training mode of "Chinese + vocational skills".Research shows that the "Chinese +Vocational Skills" talent training model conforms to the pace of "going out" of vocational education,promotes the further development of Chinese education,and promotes exchanges and cooperation between countries in various industries and fields.The "Chinese + Vocational Skills" talent training model studied in this paper has a short development time,and related problems need to be improved urgently.This paper studies the specific implementation of "Chinese +" in terms of the background and practical form of the "Chinese +" talent training model of Zhongtai Zhan Tianyou College,and builds a more accurate talent training model that adapts to local conditions.The construction of the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" talent training model requires multiple parties to formulate development plans,jointly formulate international certification standards,create modern teaching resources,carry out localized project pilot work,and promote the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" talent training model with perfection.
