| Based on the present,looking back on the past,the development of Chinese sports social organizations is not overnight,but has experienced a development process from scratch,from less to more,from spontaneous to conscious and self-discipline.The text takes the modern Jingwu Sports Association and the Central Martial Academy as the research object with the research background of this particular period in modern times,and adopts the method of literature,historical research and comparative research to carry out a multi-dimensional comparative study on the operation mechanism of the two respectively,which is helpful to deepen our understanding of the operation mechanism and development process of modern sports social organizations.We also hope to provide experience for the development of today’s sports social organizations.First of all,this paper reviews the research on the modern sports social organizations,the modern Jingwu Sports Association and the Central Martial Academy.This paper summarizes the development characteristics and operation logic of modern sports social organizations,and makes a dimensional division of the operation mechanism of modern Jingwu Sports Association and Central Martial Academy by fully referring to relevant scholars and combining with the actual research situation of this paper.Secondly,the paper compares and analyzes the five dimensions of the two,namely,target mechanism,organization mechanism,cultivation mechanism,development mechanism and motivation mechanism,and further explores the factors that cause the difference between the two operating mechanisms.Finally,the paper makes a realistic review of their operating mechanism and puts forward some suggestions for today’s sports social organizations.The findings are as follows:(1)Modern Jingwu Sports Association is a spontaneous sports social organization,emphasizing "independence",while the Central Martial Academy is a symbiotic sports social organization,emphasizing "attachment".(2)In terms of target mechanism,the modern Jingwu Sports Association shaped the whole people with "sports" and emphasized the importance of "three education".The Central Martial Academy uses "national martial " to popularize the whole people,emphasizing "both civil and military training".(3)In terms of organizational mechanism,the modern Jingwu Sports Association was led by "business gentry" and emphasized "democracy" with The Times,while the Central Martial Academy was led by "military and political affairs" and emphasized "order" from top to bottom.(4)In terms of cultivation mechanism,modern Jingwu Sports Association is a member system of " versed in both literature and military affairs ",focusing on the field of social schools.The Central Martial Academy is a class system of "teaching students according to their aptitude",focusing on the field of military and political organs.(5)In terms of development mechanism,modern Jingwu Sports Association emphasizes the "compatibility between China and the West" and two-way development at home and abroad.The Central Martial Academy emphasizes "national art first" and develops at multiple levels in parallel.(6)In terms of dynamic mechanism,the modern Jingwu Sports Association was born in "turbulence" and committed to transformation and development.Born in "Peace",the Central Martial Academy is committed to the transformation of national art.The reason is that there are similarities and differences between them in four aspects: the leadership cognition,the relationship between government and society,the social network and the generation environment.Finally,starting from the reality and reviewing the advantages and disadvantages of the operation mechanism of the modern Jingwu Sports Association and the Central Martial Academy,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of today’s sports social organizations:(1)Optimization and clarity: accurately perceive the growing diversified sports needs of the people.(2)Cooperation and sharing: deepening the collaborative participation of multiple subjects in the governance of mass sports events.(3)Understanding and recognition: correctly guide sports social organizations and government ideas in depth.(4)Support and encouragement: promote the release of independent development policies for sports social organizations.(5)Reference and absorption: actively learn to build sports social organization cultivation model with Chinese characteristics.(6)Evolution and evolution: pay attention to the reform of sports social organization management under the changing environment. |
