Research On The Path Of Improving The Work Efficiency Of Sichuan Sports Dance Association From The Perspective Of Synergy

It is a trend to develop mass sports under the background of“Letting go of control and governing”,how to coordinate the development of sports dance association to become the association based on the urgent need of the market.Sichuan sports and Dance Association is a non-profit,non-enterprise units,spontaneous mass sports organizations.Therefore,this study chooses the coordinated development of Sichuan Province Sports Dance Association as the theme,to explore the cooperation of sports dance association to enhance the effectiveness of work.This research uses the literature material method,the questionnaire investigation method,the field investigation method,the mathematical statistics method to carry on the research analysis to the Sichuan Province Sports Dance Association’s development situation,the organization establishment,the personnel establishment,the operation situation,the system rule,the development service and so on situation.The author thinks that the difficulties in the development of Sichuan Sports Dance Association lie in:(1)the lack of coordination in the system of“Letting go of control and serving” and the lack of a real service environment;It can not promote the transformation of the government’s own organizational structure and its functions;(2)the government’s supervision is weak,and the government has no overall plan and layout on the supervision of the sports dance association;(3)the degree of social participation is not enough;(4)the lack of coordination among multiple actors in purchasing public services;(5)the lack of resources in various aspects of the sport dance association itself;(2)the lack of coordination within the organization,and the unclear division of labor among most associations,one department takes care of all the affairs of the association,while the rest of the branches are just for show and do not create a situation in which the association works in synergy within the organization;(III)insufficient synergy in the external environment,it needs the coordinated development of the finance,tax and regulation of the sports and Dance Association to form a unified and open sports market with fair competition and promote the prosperity and development of sports undertakings;Most of the sports dance association after decoupling poor hematopoietic function.Combined with the content of the reform of“Regulating and controlling” of the sports dance association,the paper puts forward to improve the efficiency of the coordination work of the Sports Dance Association,the unity of the legal system,laws and regulations,dignity and authority of the association truly guarantee the normal and fair operation of all the management activities of the association in accordance with the spirit orientation,principles and procedures of the law;4)enrich the sources of funds and explore diversified coordinated development;5)enhance the association’s capacity for self-development and enhance its ability to purchase public services;6)strengthen social supervision and raise social concern;7)the coordinated development of the Association of Sports and dance should achieve the“Three modernizations”-specialization,marketization and industrialization.In order to promote the development of Sichuan Province Association of Sports and dance advice.
