Exploring The Cultural Implication Of Literary Hometown

The literary achievements of each writer are inseparable from the growth environment in which they live.Writers draw inspiration from this growth environment and integrate their aesthetic tastes into their creations to form their literary hometown.The hometown of literature contains cultural connotations such as childhood memory,life experience,folk culture,and spiritual homeland related to the writer’s creation.The hometown of literature has a special meaning for writers.It is the birthplace of the writer’s life and inspiration,and it is also the spiritual home where the writer embodies his literary ideals and thoughts of life.Chi Zijian has drawn inspiration from her literary hometown since the beginning of Arctic Village Fairy Tale.The Northeast region in her works has beautiful natural scenery and simple and kind people.From her literary creation,we can learn about the regional characteristics of the Northeast region.This article will take Chi Zijian as an example to discuss the positive cultural enlightenment and promotion role played by the “hometown of literature” in the “creation” of successful writers.The first chapter explains the double connotation of the hometown of literature.Starting from two different connotations of literary hometown,one is Chi Zijian’s realistic hometown.Combined with Chi Zijian’s works,it is analyzed from the two aspects of the natural geographical location and cultural environment characteristics of Chi Zijian’s realistic hometown.The second is Chi Zijian’s spiritual hometown.The spiritual hometown is the spiritual sustenance of the writer’s nostalgic mood,the source of inspiration for the writer’s creation,and the home of the writer’s soul.The second chapter discusses the connection between literary hometown and literary creation.From two perspectives: hometown is the motif of literary creation and hometown under the contrast of modern civilization,this paper analyzes the reasons for the rise of literary hometown.Starting from the influence of the literary hometown on Chi Zijian’s literary creation,this paper explores the influence of the literary hometown on the writer’s literary creation and the form of creation,to discuss the connection between the literary hometown and the writer’s literary creation.The third chapter will start from the regional value and cultural significance of the hometown of literature,and analyze the value of regional cultural writing in the hometown of literature based on the influence of the religious,language and folk culture of the Northeast on Chi Zijian’s literary creation.Although the writer’s literary creation originates from his hometown,the ideas and philosophy in his works are highly transcended by the regional limitations of the actual hometown.The hometown of literature is the root of the writer’s creation,which can give inspiration to the writer’s creation.The hometown of literature is also the spiritual home of the reader,which can arouse the emotional resonance of the reader.Taking Chi Zijian as an example,we can better elucidate the law that literary creation originates from and transcends his hometown,and interprets the humanistic value of the literary hometown in combination with the current inspiration of the literary hometown.
