Research On The Activation And Utilization Mechanism Of Intangible Cultural Heritage From The Perspective Of Actor Network

The active utilization of intangible cultural heritage is an enduring topic.The unique spiritual value,way of thinking and cultural consciousness contained in the intangible cultural heritage are of great significance for recording the development process,shaping the spiritual totem and forming the unique cultural imprint of a region.Intangible cultural heritage is a living heritage.To strengthen the active utilization of intangible cultural heritage is to truly integrate intangible cultural heritage into modern life,become an important part of People’s Daily life,and always let the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and the economic and social development of this region integrate,coexist and develop in concert.Actor network framework is an effective tool for analyzing multi-agents,multi-relationships and multi-elements.As a systematic project,the activated utilization of intangible cultural heritage is not only a complete protection and static display,but also a complete ecological system for intangible cultural heritage to maintain its benign development.This study believes that there is a similar theoretical basis between the two,and the actor network theory can be used to effectively analyze the mechanism of intangible cultural heritage activation and practical guidance.Taking Shaoxing intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance work as an example,based on the era background of cultural and tourism integration development,this thesis uses actor network theory to theoretically construct and closed-loop analysis the mechanism of intangible cultural heritage activation utilization.According to the research,in the actor network of the active utilization of intangible cultural heritage,non-inherited genes,non-continued space and market value of intangible cultural heritage are the three "mandatory access points(OPP)" to realize its protection,inheritance and utilization,which are also the necessary conditions for the normal operation of the network.According to the research,the actor network of intangible cultural heritage activation has undergone two institutional iterations in the traditional business form,the new business form of cultural and tourism integration,and the replacement in the post-epidemic era.In the network,the core actors driving the active utilization of intangible cultural heritage have changed from the original multiple subjects to the propaganda department of the Party committee as a single core actor.The network architecture is also transformed from the original three translation chains which are relatively independent and parallel to the organic integration and interaction of the three translation chains,and finally forms a closed network.Fusion is presented in the end,the journey in forms,using intangible activation of three feasible translation path and innovation through image transmission,immersion interactive exhibition,acting experience inheritance by means of three types of protection,through the "mandatory access point" to promote intangible genetic inheritance,development and market value,coexistence with modern life And finally realize the goal of intangible cultural heritage activation utilization.Taking Shaoxing Yue Opera and Shaoxing rice wine,two national intangible cultural heritage,as examples,the study analyzed the realistic path of inheritance development and activated utilization under the actor network system,and put forward policy suggestions for Shaoxing on how to further innovate and protect inheritance means and optimize the ecological utilization of intangible cultural heritage.
