Research On Children’s Plant Popular Science Inforgraphic Design Under The Theory Of Children’s Cognitive Development

Our country attaches great importance to basic education.Children are faced with heavy subject theoretical study since primary school,and there are some deficiencies in the cultivation of scientific professional knowledge.As one of the five fields of child development,science plays an important role in its growth.At present,most cities in our country have entered the development trend of commercialization.The towering high-rise buildings have built a high wall of the soul,resulting in less and less communication between children and their neighbors,and leisure and entertainment activities are basically dominated by electronic products.Children’s lives are affected by these phenomena,which lead to the emergence of various physical and psychological diseases.At present,the residential area is controllable,safe,and has a livable environment.It is one of the most frequently used and most important outdoor activities for children in daily life,creating a green and smart living activity space and giving play to the positive role of the community in the implementation of popular science information.more conducive to cultivate children’s interest in plant science and promote physical and mental development.Therefore,from the perspective of children’s cognition,this paper aims to optimize the design method of plant-based children’s popular science information in Chinese residential communities.Using the case analysis method,this paper expounds the actual status of the popular science design for plant-based children in the types of popular science activities,activity methods,activity effects,and visual presentation in the community.Using the method of investigation and analysis,this paper analyzes the living conditions and popular science demands of Chinese children in residential communities.Through on-the-spot investigations and network investigations,this paper conducts a specific analysis of domestic and foreign cases of plant science popularization for children,and grasps the two aspects of "inforgraphic design" and "popular science education" from the characteristics of children’s cognitive development,motor development,and visual preference.Refine the design method.Empowering children’s plant science information graphic design in an entertaining way not only meets the needs of children’s actual development in my country,but also allows children to subtly improve their comprehensive quality in life,thereby improving the overall quality of the nation and enhancing the country’s competitiveness.
