With the rapid development of information technology and the improvement of citizen’s spiritual and cultural demands,Chinese animation industry entered into a period of rapid development,and the animation quantity and quality,audience quality,scope and other aspects have been improved.The phenomenon,however,for the current animation market is quite a mixed bag with good and bad.New problems and challenges follow for Chinese animation when the rapid economic development and social opening bring motive force of development.How to improve the quality of animation has become one of the hot topics for current research.There are many factors that affect the quality of animation,such as art style,characters,story,and etc.Character is the“ soul ” of an animation,and an excellent animation character can’t separate with the emotional resonance of the audience.Personality,as the main carrier of emotion,the important source of artistic inspiration and vitality,makes the animated characters lacking vitality become more real.To highlight the character’s personality charm with personality theory,it can separate the character from other characters and make it more vital.Starts with the problem of lack of personality in current Chinese animation,this paper focuses on the presentation of “personality charm”to improve the quality of animation.First of all,raise problems.From the perspective of personality,questions are raised to explore the behaviors and causes of the lack of personality of Chinese animation characters to lead to the content of research.Secondly,analyze problems.With the introduction of Carl Gustav Jung’s Personality Psychology,the relationship between personality and animation character setting,modeling,behavior and other aspects is analyzed to demonstrate the importance of personality elements to animation character design;Then four aspects,namely the uniqueness,integrity,stability and functionality,are used to explore how to shape more vivid animation characters by grasping personality elements;through case analysis,this paper selects the classic characters in the current Chinese animation market to analyze and summarize the performance of Chinese prototype of collective conscious and individual emotion of personal unconscious of four key role types,which provides reference for the construction of a more reasonable personalization design strategy.Finally,solve problems.Construct the personalization design strategy of Chinese animation characters,carry out the design,demonstrate the practicality and rationality of the strategy and provides methodology reference for Chinese animation practitioners to better promote the development of Chinese animation. |
