A Study On The Intergenerational Inheritance And Feedback Of Spring Festival Customs Under Cultural Memory Theory

Under the impact of the modernization wave,the Spring Festival customs has undergone subtle changes.The family is the most basic social unit,the phenomenon of cultural transmission occurs between generations at any time.Based on a questionnaire survey and analysis on relevant data,this study aims at the way of intergenerational inheritance and feedback of Spring Festival customs under cultural memory theory,and draws the following conclusions:First of all,according to the cultural memory,the Spring Festival customs can be divided into cultural symbols and cultural ceremonies.Secondly,for individuals,the earliest cultural memory transmission is occurred in the family,it is the intergenerational transmission led to the continuation of the custom culture is possible,besides,the offspring act as the intermediaries between the society and the parents in intergenerational back-feeding,feeding back the changes of the outside world to the parents,forming the reconstruction of cultural memory.But the inheritance of the Spring Festival custom memory also has the possibility of rupture,the rupture of the Spring Festival custom memory will lead to the fading of the people’s awe and taboo ideas in thinking,and will cause the collective memory of the social members to the festival to weaken and the decline of the traditional festival folk customs.The reasons for the rupture of the inheritance of customs and culture can be summarized as the dissolution of traditional local civilization,the transformation of social values and the impact of the new and old media environment.Finally,this study puts forward several measures to optimize the intergenerational inheritance and feedback of Spring Festival festival customs: first,to cultivate the cultural confidence of both sides at the cognitive level;second,to create an equal dialogue atmosphere between parents and children;and third,to create an effective communication between parents and children through both forms and contents of communication.Based on the above survey,we hope to promote the positive interaction between parents and children,give full play to the role of intergenerational inheritance and intergenerational feedback,and do a good job in the transmission and reconstruction of traditional Spring Festival culture.
