Analysis Of The Musical Style And Performance Of Debussy's "For Piano

Claude Debussy,founder and representative of French Impressionist music.He is a realistic musician and composer who innovates the music language and endows the music imagination while respecting the majority of musicians.Claude Debussy has created a wide range of works covering a wide range of musical subjects,with his piano works being the most prominent and successful interpretation of the impressionist style.Among them,Claude Debussy in the middle and early creation of the piano suite “For the piano”,with Claude Debussy’s creative style of performance,deeply reflects Claude Debussy’s accomplishments in the creation of piano works.In the study of this paper,the piano suite for the piano will be elaborated and analyzed.First,the first part will analyze the relationship between Claude Debussy and the Impressionist music,and explore the background of the composition of the piano suite“For the piano”,and the historical position and influence of this work.The second part will analyze the musical style of the work,including the artistic features of the work,and how Claude Debussy incorporated his own innovations into the classical music style,and developed into a unique music style.The third part will start the performance of this piece.To analyze the performing points of “Prelude”,“Sarabande”and “Toccata”,music language,timbre,pedals,and how to express them make them more suitable for Claude Debussy’s purpose.It is hoped that through this research and analysis,the performance of this piece can be better completed,at the same time further master the 20 th century piano music style art.To deepen the understanding of the characteristics of impressionist music,to strengthen the emotion and skills should be paid attention to when playing,to enhance the performance of the works,and to improve their own level,so as to obtain more achievements in playing,to better understand the impact of Impressionist music on future generations.
