Research On The Construction Of Filial Piety Culture In Rural Areas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy of prosperous industries,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and affluent life.The rural revitalization strategy has become the general starting point for building a new socialist modernized countryside.Rural filial piety culture refers to a cultural form of filial piety concepts,norms and filial piety behaviors with farmers as the main body in rural society.The theoretical basis of family ethics thought,Chinese traditional filial piety culture,etc.The rural revitalization strategy is closely related to the construction of rural filial piety culture: the rural revitalization strategy provides important support for the construction of rural filial piety culture,that is,laying a solid material foundation,creating a strong cultural atmosphere and providing a good governance environment,while the rural filial piety culture construction Assist the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,promote the upgrading of rural industrial structure,enhance the level of rural civilization and promote rural social governance.Through the investigation of the status quo of rural filial piety culture construction in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province,it is found that due to the outflow of rural subjects and the lack of external functions of grassroots organizations,the backward rural industrial system and the low level of economic development,and the diversification of rural social values and the lack of education on core values,etc.As a result,the construction of filial piety culture in rural areas faces problems such as insufficient system construction,lack of material foundation,weak ideological foundation,and unstable family foundation.Therefore,revitalize the rural industry and consolidate the material foundation for the construction of filial piety culture;build beautiful villages and build a good environment for the construction of rural filial piety culture;promote rural civilization and create a cultural atmosphere for the construction of rural filial piety culture;consolidate the grassroots foundation and improve the construction of rural filial piety culture Improving the level of people’s livelihood security and building a solid mass foundation for the construction of rural filial piety culture are the path choices for rural filial piety culture construction under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.
