Analysis Of The Performance Of The Zheng Music "Peach Blossom Spring

Guzheng,a traditional Chinese musical instrument with a long history,has changed with the development of the times.Many beautiful pieces of music have been given birth thanks to the rich expressiveness and techniques of Guzheng.The Guzheng music "Peach Blossom Spring" was created by the young composer Li Bo on the basis of ancient poetry,and has been highly appraised since it came out.This piece of music strives to integrate traditional culture and new techniques,realize the organic unity of historical texts,musical symbols and modern performance techniques.It injects new vitality into the culture of Guzheng.This article chooses this piece of music as the research object,starting from the background of the work,analyzing the creation context and spiritual connotation of the work by considering the traditional ancient poetry text.Meanwhile,this article deeply analyzes this piece of music itself,and summaries its creation characteristics.Moreover,with the consideration of the author’s own performance experience,based on the text of the ancient poetry and the interview record of the composer,this article proposes to use "seeking dreams","recalling dreams" and "chasing dreams" as clues to analyze the performance skills and emotions of each part of the music,aiming to provide new ideas and helps for other performers.
