| Chinese ancient poetry songs are an important part of contemporary Chinese vocal works.The literary connotation of Chinese classical poetry shows the excellent traditional culture of China,and the songs are composed and interpreted with ethnicity,which promotes the inheritance and development of traditional ancient poetry culture.As an important teaching material for vocal music teaching in colleges and universities,the songs of ancient Chinese poems are necessary modules for vocal music students to learn to sing.Li Yan,as a popular composer of the young generation,has a unique personal style of composition and is good at integrating classical traditions with popular elements.This paper takes Li Yan’s masterpieces Feng Qiu Huang and Bai Tou Yin as examples,which are related in literary connotation,similar in musical style,widely sung and influential.This paper is divided into four main chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which starts with the background,significance and current status of the research.The second chapter introduces the composer and his composition style,based on the "folk song neo-classical" music style proposed by Luan Kai,and explains Li Yan’s "new"classical style of ancient poetry songs which is different from traditional Chinese art songs and tends to be popularized under the perspective of contemporary music aesthetics.The third chapter discusses Li Yan’s classical music style.It discusses the literary background and musical style of Li Yan’s ancient poetry songs Phoenix and White Head Song,exploring the poetic contexts from the poetic texts,discussing the literary value of the works,explaining the composer’s musical creation concept according to the literary nature,and analyzing the musical elements and summarizing the musical style of the works to pave the way for the later exploration of singing.Chapter 4 examines the singing of the two works.In this paper,five excellent soprano sopranos are selected to analyze the singing versions of the two ancient poetry art songs and the interpretation of the works,and to explore the singing of the ancient poetry art songs from three aspects,namely,the bite of the words,the singing technique and the stage interpretation,so as to provide a singing reference for the students of folk vocal music. |
