Study On The Legend Of Hongtong Qianyuan Mountain

Qianyuan Mountain located in Hanjiazhuang village,Wanan town,Hongtong county,Linfen city,Shanxi province,it is a famous Taoist mountain with a long history.As the stretching branch of Guye Mountain,Qianyuan Mountain occupies unique natural geographical advantages.Here there are extraordinary natural landscape and exquisite humanistic architecture.From this,many catchy and popular legends of Qianyuan Mountain were derived.The legend of Qianyuan Mountain is currently included in the Hongtong Local Culture Series,and is listed as provincial intangible cultural heritage for protection and inheritance.However,the symbiosis problems of its text content,legend types,legend features and functions,and legend performance context have not been paid attention and studied by professional scholars.Therefore,this paper uses performance theory,narrative theory and intertextuality theory to systematically analyze the legend of Qianyuan Mountain,and adopts the method of combining literature and field investigation,comparison method and structural analysis to carry out stylized deconstruction of the legend of Qianyuan Mountain,aiming to analyze the humanistic value and ideological characteristics contained in the legend of Qianyuan Mountain.The text of this thesis consists of five parts.The first part mainly gives a panoramic description of Qianyuan Mountain in Hongtong,aiming to explain the background characteristics of Qianyuan Mountain legend;The second part focuses on the objective reality surrounding the content of the legend text,and then divides the related legends into types;The third part analyzes the similar plots in Qianyuan Mountain legend and different literary types to find the intertextuality characteristics throught them;The fourth part describes the construction of the Taoist holy land in the legend of Qianyuan Mountain in Hongtong,and describes the construction process of the sacred land in Hongtong from the three aspects of heaven,God and human,and analyzes the belief concept of the people in it;The fifth part is the analysis of the characteristics and functions of the legend of Qianyuan Mountain in Hongtong,striving to explore the unique characteristics and various functions of the legend in the process of the analysis of the legend data.
