Cyberpunk appeared in the public’s view as a science fiction genre in the 1980 s.Science fiction novelists represented by Gibson, while showing cyberspace, also expressed their concern about the current social reality and tried to solve the problem through novels. The Neuromancer, which came out in 1984,has influenced many science fiction works since then. After more than ten years,we saw its shadow again in Ken Liu’s novel "The Doomsday Trilogy" and its sci-fi animated adaptation "The Pantheon".The combination of man and machine creates a new post human, and technology structures the subjectivity of human beings, which almost becomes the content expression of all Cyberpunk science fiction. This can be said to be a kind of inheritance, and more importantly,it can be regarded as the mission of Cyberpunk science fiction. This article attempts to elaborate the creative characteristics of Cyberpunk science fiction,as well as the development and presentation of Cyberpunk science fiction in the contemporary era through text analysis. The introduction is divided into two parts. The first part is to analyze the social background and significance of the emergence of cyberpunk science fiction, thereby establishing the feasibility of the topic selection; The other part combs the research status of cyberpunk science fiction and Gibson’s work "The Neuromancer.".The first chapter discusses the creation of cyberpunk science fiction novels in the1980 s,represented by "The Neuromancer.".The presentation of human-computer integration and cyberspace in "Neuromancer",as well as the characteristics of creative techniques, have laid the foundation for the choice of content themes and expressive techniques in cyberpunk science fiction. The second chapter discusses the inheritance and development of contemporary science fiction represented by the "Doomsday Trilogy" from cyberpunk science fiction in the 1980 s,as well as the impact of film and television adaptation of science fiction on cyberspace. On the basis of inheriting the theme of post human beings, the "Doomsday Trilogy" introduces traditional values to criticize technology, and features an emoticon language, creating a sense of strangeness while interwoven with the warmth of values. The third chapter analyzes the reference and development of Cyberpunk science fiction in the novel "The Spectator" in terms of character setting, narrative techniques, story structure, and theme presentation, and reflects on the problems and shortcomings in the creative process.
