| The iterative development of media technology in the era of all media,the role of the user subject has come to the fore,and the network media has brought technical empowerment to interpersonal communication while amplifying the dialogue needs of users.Program hosts should not only become the center of content dissemination,but also the center of relationship dissemination,trying to connect with people who share the same interests behind the content.Based on the problem awareness of "improving program quality and satisfying users’ needs",this paper starts from the perspective of interpersonal communication,and adopts text analysis,case study,creative practice,and discourse analysis methods to conduct research on interpersonal dialogue strategies of hosts.Through the analysis of high-quality online interview programs and the graduation work "The Shining Us",try to propose effective strategies for online interview program hosts to dialogue with users.The main contents of this paper are as follows.The first introductory chapter describes the significance and purpose of the research,and conducts a literature review on "online talk show " and "interpersonal theory in the field of host communication",compares and analyzes the current situation of the research and the lack of content,and clarifies the research direction and method of this paper.In the second chapter,the author firstly analyzes the definition,principles,elements and values of interpersonal communication in hosting based on the basic concept of interpersonal communication and the characteristics of hosting communication,and then introduces the five theories that are most helpful to the hosts and can promote interpersonal relationship in hosting communication,namely "Dialogue Theory" "Impression Management" "Strong-weak Relationship" "Resonance Theory" and "Social Acceleration",and follow the logical connection between the theories to build the interpersonal communication theory of the host,and exploring the strategies.Secondly,this chapter also analyzes the case studies of high-quality online interview programs,summarizes the common features and mechanisms of their moderated dialogues,and reflects on the reality.In the third chapter of this paper,the author elaborates on the creative thinking and program design of the graduation work "The Shining Us".In the fourth chapter,based on the practical work "The Shining Us",put forward the effective strategies for the hosts to interact with users in Internet communication from two aspects: technology-based orientation and humanistic orientation.The last chapter recalls the gains and losses of the whole program creation process,and suggests and foresees the future interpersonal dialogue pattern of online talk show host communication. |
