Bai Shi Liutie is a literary book compiled by Bai Juyi,a famous poet in the Middle Tang Dynasty.This paper takes the variant articles of the Book of Songs cited in the Bai Shi Liutie as the research object.The main contents of the cited poems are the verses,preface and Zheng’s note of the Mao’s Book of Songs,and a small number of entries involve the three Book of Songs,weft book and other contents.These entries in the Book of Songs are listed by title,and compared with the Bamboo Slips of the Warring States Period in Anhui University,Han Slips in Fuyang,Collection of Han Stone Scriptures,Classic Commentary,Turfan documents,Dunhuang documents,Tang Kaicheng Stone Scriptures,Song Ten-elements version,and Qing Ruanyuan Version.We found that there are a large number of common characters,variant characters,erroneous characters and other phenomena in the Bai Shi Liutie,and collated and annotated the meaning and shape of the relevant variant characters,to explore the development of the Book of Songs.In addition,it also attempts to classify the different articles of the Book of Songs cited in the Bai Shi Liutie and analyze the value and shortcomings. |
