Rhythm and tempo are the basic elements of music,and their expression in music is of great significance.Therefore,it is an essential part of music teaching to train and teach pupils’ sense of rhythm.Since 2013,the research literature on the sense of rhythm of primary and secondary school students has been on the rise.Because of the problem of students’ sense of rhythm,the sense of rhythm is a hot issue that teachers pay attention to.During the period of educational observation and educational practice,I observed 10 classes and more than 30 music classes in the primary school of the affiliated experimental school of Northeast Normal University,and found that the rhythmic teaching actually applied in the classroom is not common,often skimming the water and passing by.This article is divided into three parts.The first part clarifies the concept of rhythm and the theoretical basis for the cultivation of innovative rhythm;The second part introduces the purpose,process,object,method and survey results through educational observation and educational practice,and finally finds that most students have problems with musical rhythm.The third part explains what kind of teaching methods are used to develop students’ sense of rhythm through combination and summary.Taking the three grades of primary school as the research object,this paper investigates and summarizes the existing problems in the cultivation of music rhythm sense of primary school students,and also studies and formulates the teaching methods of music rhythm sense of primary school students.According to the "Music Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)",this paper uses different music teaching methods to study the rhythm sense of primary school students,and finally verifies the effectiveness of teaching methods through teaching observation practice.
