Based on the requirements of teachers’ English teaching quality and students’ English autonomous learning ability under the environment of educational informatization,this paper takes C primary school as a case to explore the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability in English teaching.It reflects on the actual situation,so as to obtain students’ autonomous learning ability in English teaching.The Enlightenment of training includes the following aspects:First,the necessity and possibility of cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability in primary school English teaching,this paper sums up the necessity and possibility of students’ autonomous learning ability from the aspects of the present situation and trend of the development of English teaching in primary schools,the complexity of English subject,the demand of the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability,the promotion of students’ subject accomplishment and comprehensive ability,and the enhancement of students’ subjective initiative.It is a strong support for students to adapt to the development of the Times.Whether it is education reform,curriculum requirements or the background of the times,independent learning ability plays an important role.Second,the current situation of Cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability in C primary school in Jinzhong.It is elaborated from three aspects: The role of teachers,the cultivation strategy and the effect of students’ autonomous learning ability.In terms of teacher’s role,as the developer of students’ autonomous learning resources,the guide of students’ autonomous learning consciousness and the promoter and practitioner of students’ autonomous learning teaching,teachers play a crucial role.Through interviews with some English teachers,teaching and research group leaders and leaders of Jinzhong C primary school,the role positioning is further accurate,and the importance of teachers’ role is more intuitive Show it.As for the cultivation strategy of students’ autonomous learning,the school mainly chooses the cultivation strategy from two aspects: teachers and students.Among them,improving teachers’ professional knowledge reserve and teaching ability,improving teachers’ professional quality,and stimulating students’ interest in autonomous learning are all effective strategies to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability.The cultivation effect of students’ autonomous learning ability in the school is reflected in many aspects.The enhancement of students’ awareness of autonomous learning,the improvement of autonomous learning ability,the increase of interest in English learning,the improvement of school reputation and the effective development of home school communication provide a strong guarantee for the self-improvement of students,the improvement of teachers’ professional ability and the comprehensive development of the school.Third,problems of cultivating students’ autonomous learning in English teaching of C primary school in Jinzhong.The main problem in the process of cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability are teachers’ vague understanding of autonomous learning and individual formalism.The development of school-based resources is not enough and the resources of autonomous learning are not rich enough.Some parents do not understand the school concept and the communication between home and school needs to be deepened.The existence of these problems constantly spur school leaders and teachers to explore and improve students’ autonomous learning ability.Fourth,reasons for problems in the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability in English teaching of Jinzhong C primary school.Since the problem is found,it should be analyzed and judged.After analyzing the existing problems,it can be summarized as follows: first of all,teachers only obey the school arrangement,lack of enthusiasm and no initiative development.Secondly,the excessive emphasis on the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning in English classroom teaching puts the cart before the horse,and the excessive emphasis on autonomous learning also reflects that teachers’ understanding of the teaching concept of autonomous learning is not thorough enough or too rigid,and they do not digest themselves,which leads to problems.Finally,it analyzes the problems from the form of home school communication.The single form of communication has built a barrier between parents and schools,which affects the process of self-learning ability training.Fifth,the solutions to problems existing in the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability in English Teaching of Jinzhong C primary school.It reflects on the relationship between teachers and schools,teachers’ sense of responsibility,school-based resource development and home school communication.The experience and Enlightenment obtained in practice is the better development of the school Similarly,the suggestions based on the actual situation of the school are really suitable for the development and promotion of the school.As a teacher,he should have the sense of responsibility,the sense of independent teaching,reasonable design of classroom links,thoroughly understand the concept of independent learning,self digestion and flexible use;as for the school,he should also provide rich resources for the development of students’ independent learning,provide teachers with guidance and teaching conditions for students;as for the home school,he should communicate and cooperate with parents more To provide strong support for the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability.
