Research On The Formal Language Of Chengdu Urban Folk Painting

This article is a study of the formal language of urban folk oil paintings in Chengdu.Before specifically understanding the formal language of urban folk oil paintings in Chengdu,we need to understand the generation and development of urban folk oil paintings,and we need to have a certain understanding of the general situation of urban folk oil paintings in Chengdu,followed by an analysis of the formal language of urban folk oil paintings in Chengdu,and finally an overview of the creation of urban folk oil paintings in Chengdu,So as to realize the combination of theory and practice.The study of formal language can be started from the general characteristics and general purpose of formal language,which is understood in this paper as the analysis of formal characteristics and the exploration of the meaning of modeling expression.Starting from the formal language of the urban theme oil painting in Chengdu,this topic is elaborated in four chapters: first,an overview of the urban theme oil painting is given,and the origin of the urban theme oil painting and its development process in China are described;The second chapter is about the analysis and study of the formal characteristics of urban folk painting in Chengdu;The third chapter is about the expression significance of the images in the urban folk theme oil paintings in Chengdu,and explains the humanistic emotion expression and social value of the urban folk theme oil paintings in Chengdu;The fourth chapter is about the creative practice process of Chengdu urban folk theme oil painting.From the origin of the creation,it expounds that the influence of the creative inspiration comes from the creator’s own life experience and subjective emotion.From the creative concept,it summarizes the creator’s thinking and practice in subject matter selection,material extraction,image construction,texture modeling and color organization.From the creative works,it explains the meaning of image expression and the purpose of creation.Today’s painters are very active in their thinking in oil painting,and there are many oil paintings with urban folk culture content as the theme.However,how to combine folk culture with innovative painting techniques in today’s oil painting creation,so as to break through traditional concepts and reflect the aesthetic trend of keeping pace with the times,It enables people to obtain aesthetic pleasure while appreciating the paintings and achieve the purpose of inheriting and developing Chengdu folk culture and realizing the artistic value of the paintings themselves.The exploration of this process is the content of this paper.
