Culture is one of the core elements of the Party’s strategy to govern the border in the new era.If we want to promote the strategy of "cultural embellishment of the frontier" at a high efficiency and deep level,we must do a good job in the field of ideology.In order to carry out the project of "cultural embellishment of the frontier",it is necessary to steadfastly follow the correct path of solving ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the Party and the State,and always adhere to the basic principle of "Chinese ethnic community".The basic project of "Culture Runs the Frontier" is the in-depth promotion of the common national language,which the state requires to "focus on the key points,popularize comprehensively,and consolidate and improve".The concept of "Culture Runs the Frontier" is to cast a firm sense of community among the Chinese nation,and to guide the establishment of the concept of a community in which people of all ethnic groups share a common bond,prosper together,and depend on each other in life and in death,which is also the meaning of the promotion of the national language,a necessary step to enhance cultural identity and promote regional prosperity,as well as It is also a necessary step in enhancing cultural identity and promoting regional prosperity,as well as further improving teachers’ ability to educate and promote the all-round development of young children,and to nurture excellent successors for the long-term prosperity of the country and the nation.As a large multi-ethnic country living together,how to strengthen the sense of identity and belonging of all ethnic groups to the Chinese culture is one of the most important national tasks and a fundamental project in the construction of a multi-ethnic national identity.The promotion and popularization of the national language is an important way to forge a firm sense of Chinese national community.In view of this,I propose,after investigation and research,to bring together professional advantages,focus on the practicality of promotion,improve the management system of early childhood teachers,and enhance the effectiveness of promotion.The aim is to provide assistance for the in-depth promotion of the national common language in the four southern Xinjiang regions.
