Overcoming poverty is an important livelihood project that benefits the people of the nation.Ethnic areas are the main battlefields of China’s poverty alleviation, and rural areas are the battlefields of the battlefield. They are the "last mile." To do a good job of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas in ethnic areas,we must not only play the role of the government, but also motivate villagers’ own development momentum and cultivate their own development capabilities. One of the main obstacles that impede the poverty-stricken people in ethnic areas from poverty is the lack of their ability to develop and their own motivation for development. The national language ability is an important aspect of measuring the individual ability of ethnic minorities, and it is also an important skill for promoting ethnic minorities to get rid of poverty and become rich. With the advancement of the national precision poverty alleviation strategy and the popularization of the national common language in ethnic areas, the relationship between the national common language ability and precision poverty alleviation has become closer and closer. The national common language has become an important force for the poor in ethnic areas to get rid of poverty. The southern Xinjiang region is China’s concentrated contiguous poverty-stricken area and the national key language popularization key area.Promoting the impetus and development ability of the poor through the popularization of the common language of the country is of great significance for the region to win the battle against poverty. This article attempts to answer the following main questions by reading relevant literature and surveying in Kacun,South Xinjiang:(1)What is the relationship between the promotion of national common language in ethnic areas and precision poverty alleviation;(2)the promotion of common language in rural countries in ethnic areas Practice of precision poverty alleviation;(3)the effect of precision poverty alleviation in the popularization of common language in rural countries in ethnic areas;(4)the prospect of the popularization of national common language in ethnic areas in the context of precision poverty alleviation.Based on the above issues, this paper, through reading the literature and field investigation in Kacun, southern Xinjiang, draws the following conclusions: First, there is a mutually reinforcing relationship between the promotion of the national common language and precision poverty alleviation.By promoting the national common language, improving the local people ’s human capital based on the common language ability can significantly promote poverty alleviation for the poor;in turn, the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation has also promoted the improvement of the national common language ability of local villagers.Second, there are two levels of "learning" and "use" in the practice of precision language poverty alleviation in the national common language of ethnic areas: "learning" is the development of national common language and employment technology based on the national common language;"using" is through the government Organization and guidance, business participation and assistance, and timelytransfer of employment to the poor people who meet the general language skills and vocational skills.Third, the precision poverty alleviation effect of the popularization of the national common language is mainly reflected in the enhancement of the self-development impetus and the ability of the poor;the decrease in the number of poor people and the incidence of poverty;the enhancement of national identity and national identity;Promotion.Fourth, look forward to the promotion and popularization of the national common language in the context of targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas. We must continue to innovate the policy of national common language promotion in ethnic areas, attach importance to the national common language education of families, schools, and communities, and effectively link language factors with targeted poverty alleviation. To form a "language poverty alleviation" mechanism. |
