Piano Suite "Luo Zuo And Folk Songs" By Zhang Chao Performance Analysis

As Chinese modern and contemporary composers,Zhang Zhao has created many outstanding works of art famous at home and abroad.His works have various forms,rich materials,rich cultural deposits and unique modern style and distinct personality.The author chooses Zhang Zhao’s piano suite Luo Zuo and Folk Song as the research object.Through the interview with the composer himself,starting from his life experience and creation process,based on the music ontology of the work,combined with his own playing practice,the author focuses on four aspects,namely,speed and rhythm control,key touch and tone adjustment,multi-part processing and pedal use.Analyze the performance of the work.Through the study of this work,the author hopes to offer some reasonable suggestions to the music lovers who learn and play Luo Zuo and Folk Song.
