Research On The Influencing Factors And Motivation Mechanism Of The Development Of Dance Sports Events In China

As the country attaches great importance to the important role of sports in promoting the all-round development of people,as a promising sunrise industry,sports dance competitions have become a vivid embodiment of meeting people’s needs for a better sports life,and an important way to implement the national strategy of sports power.It is also a natural move for the high-quality development of the sports industry.At present,when the academic circles discuss the development of sports dance events,they focus on the characteristics of sports dance events,event operation,competitive level and media communication.There are few people discussing the influencing factors and dynamic mechanism of sports dance events.The development of dance competitions still faces many problems such as weak cultural foundation of competitions,insufficient vitality of competition reports,too subjective evaluation criteria,and relatively backward management mechanism.Therefore,based on the above background,proceeding from the characteristics of the project and the generality of the event,explore the influencing factors and dynamic mechanism of the development of dance sports events in my country,and provide theoretical reference and paradigm reference for the sustainable development of dance sports events.This study adopts scientific research methods such as literature method,grounded theory,expert interview method,logical analysis method,etc.,taking the development of sports dance competitions in my country as the main line of logic,and collects domestic and foreign related research,news reports,audio and video files,expert interviews,etc.Comparing,integrating,and reviewing the content of the data in a cycle to broaden the breadth of content collection,with the theoretical support of collaborative development theory,governance theory,and push-pull theory,to conduct research and analysis on the factors that affect the development of sports dance events in my country,and then to build my country’s sports dance The dynamic mechanism of competition development.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The research found that 32 three-level influencing factors affecting the development of sports dance events(sound system,policy guidance,market supervision,competition schedule notice,assessment notice,management methods,material Culture,institutional culture,spiritual culture,external image,internal performance,urban economy,event popularity,consumption willingness,technical support,media communication,corporate sponsorship,voluntary service,corporate brand,education and training,site facilities,regional facility improvement,service Industry drive,operation subject,supervision subject,competition guidelines,competition guidelines,competition rules,competition bid,competition preparation,competition holding,competition closing),11 secondary influencing factors(policies and regulations,project planning,competition culture,city culture,event consumption,service supply,event products,fringe industries,event subjects,behavioral standards,organization and operation).After analyzing the organic connection among various influencing factors,four first-level influencing factors including policy environment,cultural environment,industrial environment and event operation were finally formed.(2)The influencing factors of the development of sports dance events in my country include policy environment factors,cultural environment factors,industrial environment factors and event operation factors.Under the guidance of policies,regulations and project planning,the main body of the event couples the main elements of the market,stimulates the production and sales of event products,industrial development and construction,and creates a fair and competitive industrial environment for service events.In cooperating with the organization and operation of dance sports events,we will continuously improve the quality of dance sports events,spread the culture of dance sports events,and realize the rapid improvement and continuous growth of dance sports events in my country.(3)The dynamic mechanism of the development of dance sports events in my country is explained by four dimensions: the basic driving force of relevant policies,the internal drive and binding force of event culture,the potential pulling force of the industrial environment,and the external support of event operation to explain the changes in sport dance events A dynamic analysis paradigm.Among them,cultivating the business environment for events,strengthening the construction of event teams and sense of responsibility,and promoting the efficiency of event operations are all inseparable from the positive interaction between top-level policy design and grass-roots planning of projects;event culture can be organically integrated with urban culture and event culture,and added to national culture The way of elements is free from the constraints of cultural communication;the establishment of industrial competition mechanism,the application of digital information,and the upgrading of product quality are the potential driving forces to meet the market consumption demand,drive the infrastructure construction of the venue,and drive the service industry;the operation of the event depends on human resources The coupling linkage and the supervision and evaluation of government departments,professional teams,social media,and the general public are the driving force for China’s dance sports events to
