| In 2020,because of the influence of COVID-19,the way of people’s life has changed greatly.Many online products purchased from the entity store have been transferred to online purchase because of the policy of home segregation.This makes the electronic business platform ushered in a great turning point.The App users of electricity suppliers surge sharply,and the user age span also increases.How to make the experience design of e-commerce platform perfect,simple and bright,has become the top priority of experience designers.Based on the actual design project of domestic e-commerce head platform,this paper explores the win-win combination of e-commerce platform experience design and big IP,so as to produce better marketing effect.Reduce learning costs for users and better promote innovation and activation of e-commerce platforms and big IP.The research content of this topic is divided into four parts: the first part is the basic part of this paper.In the first chapter,the background,purpose and significance of the topic are described.After analyzing the current situation of literature collection and research at home and abroad,the research methods and framework are determined,and the innovation of the research content of this topic is put forward;The second part is the foreshadowing part of this paper,which is described in Chapter2 and Chapter 3 respectively.It analyzes the concept and current situation of b-end visual innovative experience design,analyzes excellent cases at home and abroad,explores the problems existing in China’s b-end innovative experience design,and summarizes the definition,concerns,key points and value of e-commerce app experience design;The third part is the fourth chapter,which systematically discusses the influencing factors of IP for user experience design,forming the theoretical system of this subject;The fourth part is the fifth chapter.Taking "history and culture meet e-commerce innovation experience design" as the actual case,the system is constructed to explore the innovative design of the combination of the old and new historical IP and e-commerce platform through experience design,so as to provide more feasibility for the win-win and future innovative experience design of the two.This paper holds that the visual innovative experience design of the e-commerce platform IP image can better build the cultural identity of the e-commerce platform,and a good IP image can also better help the experience designer to complete the design work more conveniently.The combination of IP and e-commerce platform can bring a win-win brand identity and bring more innovation to the user’s shopping process;The innovative experience design of e-commerce platform integrates and summarizes the symbols contained in IP from the perspective of personalization,objectivity and plasticity of e-commerce platform,and expresses them in the way of semiotics and visual communication. |
