The Power And Beauty Of “Clowns ” In Contemporary Animation

As a kind of popular art,animation brings happiness to people of different ages,different professions and different classes,and the characters,as the core of animation,play an important role.The unique power and beauty of the "clown" in animation has given people endless joy and laughter,and is accepted and loved by the public.The "clown" in animation can be traced back to the opera clown,a traditional Chinese opera profession,which usually refers to the comic characters who play ugly faces,but also refers to the small and personalized characters of the common people.Hegel found that audiences do not only laugh at the "dullest things",but also at the most important and meaningful things.Therefore,the humorous animation "clown" brings people joy,while also using its own unique properties and core energy to reflect certain phenomena,expressing more real and meaningful things.The author explores the origins,classifications,changes and characteristics of "clowns",and explores how "clowns" can bring out their unique power and beauty in the creation of animation,so that viewers can gain freedom and pleasure in their hearts and minds,and give them spiritual comfort.Through the methods of documentary research,functional analysis,case study,and comparison,this paper examines the development and changes of "clown" and its characteristics through the background and current situation,the origin and necessity of related concepts,and the role of "clown" in film and animation.The research results will be verified and summarized through the graduation design "Give Me Back My Life".
